Ai controls my roster without permission

I am set to Manager and GM in Commissioner Mode and have set team controls so I have full control of major league transactions. Despite this the ai is able to promote and demote, waive and unwaive, set line ups, pitching staff and depth charts. This is consistent across all my new save files. It doesn't always do this and for stretches it won't mess with my roster. For my most recent Rockies save it did not do anything to my roster for the 2025 season but took over control in the offseason. It lets me lock strategies and force start players still, but changes everything else roster wise that it wants to. Attached are screenshots of my team control settings.

I have also had this problem pop up out of nowhere seemingly. Everything will be going along as per settings, and then I go to various screens and come back and my lineups and rotations have all been changed. I haven't yet been able to isolate which screen or choice is causing it or if it is just completely random. But my settings still show that I have control.

Did you set the "Do not disturb" flag when you went into the off-season? When you do that the AI takes over control of the team.

As for me, this is not the problem. I sim one day at a time or play out my teams games and this is happening during the season. Its only happened 2 or 3 times, and I haven't been able to detect a pattern yet. The 1st time I thought I had done it myself accidently, so I paid more attention after that. I'm sure it wasn't me the last couple times.

Did you actually take the job through the jobs screen, or are you set as 'act as' in commish mode?

I'm playing with CBL's files, so I went under search jobs and took over a team. My play mode is manager and GM; can't be fired; commissioner mode.

Not sure I've nailed it down, but today it scrambled my lineups AFTER I had sent down a player to AAA that put that team over the 30 man limit. So the AI had to shuffle minor league assignments (which I have authorized it to do) and maybe messed around with my lineups and pitching staff assignments because of that? I don't know, but that's the first time I've been able to notice even some possible chain of events. The messing with the major league lineups is a problem that happens for me only rarely.

I'm pretty sure this is the culprit now. It just happened for the 2nd time in as many days, under the same circumstances. One other note; in CBL's games you have to go under game settings and turn roster moves back on for AI controlled teams. When you do that, it also asks if you want the AI to make transactions for human controlled teams. I say yes, because when I say no the AI will not make adjustments to the minors even when given control through options. I don't know, but maybe the problem could lie within this toggle somewhere.

I think this is it. Happened to me after sending an injured player back to AAA, and the AAA roster was full. So the AI re-organized everything, including major league lineups and staff.
