Achievement explanation

Can we see an explanation of the achievement directly in the game?
Sometimes an achievement pops up, but I have absolutely no idea what it means.

Any achievement you receive should be listed what it was for on your Managers Page, bottom left.

Does it also list the player who did it for the 5 star defensive plays? I never know where to go to see who actually performed the feat since it's not in the popup (at least in 25, just d/l 26 so haven't played yet)
