Can't Change Jersey Numbers

Problem: The option to change jersey numbers in the "ACTIONS" drop down is greyed out. I cannot reassign jersey numbers.

Research: I have read that you have to be in commissioner mode to change jersey numbers. I am in commissioner mode. I am also unable to take myself out of commissioner mode. If I toggle away from it and back the option is once again checked.

Update: I just loaded back into a save and I am now able to change jersey numbers? This is all very weird.

Changing Jersey numbers in FHM can have consequences (player getting angry), so to edit them you need to be in commish mode (which will change them without any consequences).

I can´t reproduce the problem with the Commish mode on/off switch you seem to have: when I switch the mode on or off it will always stick.

Go check out the uploaded save AlpineSK 1987-88 NJ Devils (or something similar). The problem happens there:

Uncheck Commissioner Mode. Navigate anywhere. Navigate back. Commissioner Mode is once again checked.

I am aware that you have to be in commissioner mode to edit them but while in commissioner mode the option to change them will randomly be greyed out, again, the save that I referenced above is an example of that.

Thanks for the save, there I was able to reproduce it:

the reason that you can´t disable Commish mode is that "Historical League Editing" is activated, that will overwrite the Commish setting. That needs better communication when even I have to look this up.
