BOHL- International Status + Tournament Fix

I've uploaded the league file with the name "BOHL-2026JULY1.lg"

We've been in contact, so I'll keep it as simple as possible

- International status stuck on players needs to be fixed
- The junior league tournaments to be removed (between the NCAA and CHL, and then the EJL and RJL).
- Our main league (BOHL) is currently honoring RHL (Russian Hockey League) and VHL (its minor league affiliate) contracts and if it is possible, it would be great to make it so that our league can sign anyone and doesn't honor their contracts, but the RHL honors our contracts. If that isn't possible, no worries! Not sure how to set that up.
- One small thing I'm noticing is that some of the A.I. teams have random people assigned to their trainer, but they aren't employed by the team and are from random countries.

PM'd you the link to the fix. The tournaments are deactivated and INT status players fixed; you may want to wait until the next update (coming soon) to play past any international tournaments, as there'll be a permanent fix for it then. Malte also fixed the trainer situation, still looking into how it happened.

Changing the contract-respecting relationships between leagues isn't possible, that's a fixed setting in custom leagues and can't be changed.
