Bug: Creating Fictional Players for a Draft Results in 125 OVR
When creating fictional players for a draft, I am finding that there are extraordinary amounts of 125 OVR players being created, even when on Dev Stage Raw and random quality. Used 100% scouting to make sure no errors on my end. Photos below:

This is very likely to depend on your specific settings in the league you're using. I think we'd need to see your league files to have any idea what might be going on here.
