Trading picks effect to fan happiness needs fine tuning

It makes sense that you'd get a -2 fan happiness when you trade away a first round draft pick.

But when you receive a better first round draft pick in return, that should at least remove the penalty if not give a positive modifier instead.

Currently you only get a minus modifier even when you improve your draft position.

I have previously reported this here. Jeff says there should be an offsetting bonus which hasn't been applied.
