'Free Agent Type' add to filter

When FA declarations rolls around, I'd love to be able to filter out the FA's that require compensation - currently the only workaround seems to be to add the column to a view that shows 'Compensation' or not, it would be great if a similar 'FA Type' could be added to the filter function, so that I could see all or exclude all of these types of FA.

Just something else to tack onto this - we currently have the 'Demand' column available, I'd love to get a 'Demand Yrs' column too showing the years an FA is (initially) demanding. As I like to look for vets who only want a 1 year deal but it takes a lot of time clicking into each negotiation etc.
