Parts of Lineup getting cleared out

Getting my feet wet by just playing as Minor League Manager.

In my 2nd season; after each couple of games, my SS (and first back up) and 2/3 of my bullpen get cleared out of my lineups/pitching. (Bullpen to 'Not Assigned')

Is there a setting I missed somewhere? This didn't happen in my first season and I don't think I changed anything. I'm also not receiving any notifications that the players in question got moved to/from my team.

This is still happening to me, but it's now switched to one person in the lineup getting removed after each series. He's DH for RHP and RF for LHP. And then 2/3 of the bullpen gets set to 'Not Assigned'

Some random things to check:

Ensure you are the actual manager and not the “acting as” manager.

Ensure that in the Manager Office you have “do not disturb” OFF and the controls on the right hand side don’t delegate anything.

If you want to control personnel moves generally you ought to be not just the manager but manager and GM
