Game not recording stats

(sorry if it gets long and makes no sense, I'm a little pissed)

I played the best team in my division today, faced the best pitcher in the majors, and somehow managed to win by a shutout. I had a player hit 2 homeruns and hit in all of my runs. As soon as the PBP said, "and that's the ballgame" another illegal operation came up like i've seen in other threads. So i get back into the game and on the schedule screen, it has my box score there with me winning, ok no biggy. So I sim all of the other games and the league saves. When I go back to the standings it shows no record of my win and their loss. Im the same amount of games behind this team ect. I check the stats and noone has increased/decreased in any catergory. The next day's schedule has the same two pitchers starting. If I go back to the previous day it shows that I won that game. So it says i won, but none of the stats have been recorded. What's up with that?!?!?!?!?!?!

If the program closed before saving then that is why, I don't know why it closed but it did. Can you tell me about your system? The more detailed the better.

I'm not exactly computer litterate (ha, i can't spell either), but I'll give it a wurl. I probably can't help you with most info

Windows 98
and I know it's starting to get low on memory.
That's basically all i know unless somehow you know where i should look to find out stuff. Sorry I'm not much of a help.

You need atleast 1 gig of free HD space for the game to run efficently so you may need to clear some space or get a new HD.

To find out free HD space "right click" on "my computer" then choose properties I think somewhere it will tell you how much is used and free.

64 MB of ram 53% free

I'm assuming ram is Hard drive. (see that's how bad I really am at this stuff

)

No, RAM isn't HD. I'm not running 98 so not exactly sure where you can see that. Try opening "my computer" then highlight the "C drive" and check the properties.

Ok, with the minimal RAM that you have you need to make sure that only the necessary programs are running. You would be smart to try to get some additional RAM as it is very reasonably priced right now.
