how do u improve rthe draft
there is a method to upgrade the draft class but i haven't used it in a while and have forgotten the process

I guess you could increase the Player Creation Modifiers.
I'd be careful with this, though, as remember that the ratings displayed in the game are generally relative. So, if you increase talent now...that increases the "average" ratings of players in the future...which in turn will make your future draft classes eventually start to look poor. What is the reason for wanting more talent in the draft? Technically, drafts are already more "talented" than they should be which is why Potential ratings, on average, will decrease quite a bit over a prospects' life cycle. |

One of my frustrations is how high school-heavy the draft prospects are. I’m in 2029 of my save and the vast majority of five and four star potential players are high school players. I wish there were more ready-made players out of college.
