What To Do With Older Game Versions

Is there any value to keeping older versions of the game installed? I only own V24 and V25, and I’ve read that you can’t skip years when updating, but once I get a newer version, is it necessary to uninstall the older versions?

I've kept OOTP23 installed throughout the years as that's where my longest save is and continues to go strong. Unfortunate events made it so I cannot move the world to new versions, but that's okay. I play the newest versions for historical and standard games each iteration.

Heck I have OOTP 21-25 all installed on my PC. Also, yes you can skip versions and then just download demo versions to import to to skip versions. Like, as in, you have 24 but want to wait until 26 to upgrade, in a month or so, you can get a fee DEMO version or 25, that will allow you to import from 24 to 25 and then into 26. However, the demo version is very limited in it's function and honestly really only good for the import function, when it all comes down to it in the end.

keep them. easy on steam, to uninstall and reinstall.
it is good to open earlier versions and compare what really has changed over time.

I always have multiple versions installed.

I have all of them from 21 on. I have plenty of space for them all.
