FHM10 setup 4 Nations Tournament

hi all-

I was trying to create a new league, with real players, in FHM10 for the 4 Nations Faceoff, even when I selected "real players" there are no "real" players to choose from to fill out the roster.
Is there anyway to setup the custom tournament in 10? please don't tell me to upgrade to 11

Might have to figure it out on your own or try posting this in Steam. I had some questions about PPs and tactics, never really got them answered.
