Eliminate bullpens for historical play

One of the things I really want to see OOTP change is the way pitching staffs work in the early years of baseball. I would love to see OOTP be more flexible in allowing users to set up the game to use a 5, 6, 7 or even 8 man pitching staff with zero pitchers in the bullpen. To do this, OOTP would need to allow us to tell the game that we want the game to treat the pitching staff as a 3, 4 or 5 always start the highest rested and then use the staff accordingly, giving he meat of the starts to the designated pitchers, while using the remaining pitchers in relief and or when the schedule gets really busy and a spot starter is needed.

Right now we can eliminate the bullpen by setting it to zero. Problem is, if we set the pitching staff to any number higher than 5, the AI will treat things like a 5 man rotation, skipping the 6th pitcher. This means the best pitchers won't get the innings that pitchers of this time period accumulated.

The biggest drawback to playing the 20's and 30's in my opinion is seeing guys making 30-50+ relief appearances with zero starts.

Been begging for this to be looked into for years.
