Wishlist for ootp 26

First time long time here. I've found that there are some feature/qol ideas that have particularly stood out to me during my time with OOTP 25.

1. I really enjoy the overhaul to IAFA signing mechanics that was introduced in recent editions and it's generally more engaging and feels more true to life than the previous system. That said I think there are a couple qol tweaks that could really help this feature in futuaisre editions. First, it takes forever to raise scouting accuracy on the players in the IAFA pool, much longer compared to any other kind of scouting in the game. This really slows the pace of the offseason for me and it just adds a lot of extra clicking and busy work for ootp players who are trying to scout the pool of players thoroughly. It would be great if the pace of scouting was more in line with mlb, minor league and domestic draft scouting and it would make this mechanic much more fun to engage with.

Also when it comes to the IAFA signing, i have occasionally encountered bizarre glitches when negotiating with players where they counter back lower than my bonus offer and it takes multiple attempts to find a number that can unstick the bug/glitch that's happening, which messes with their negotiation mood and is just really annoying.

2. I know I'm not the first to mention this, but coaches for int. complex please! Call the manager equivalent someting like "development coordinator" and let us hire hitting and pitching coaches for the complex!

3. Certain owner goals are very frustrating to engage with and there is no clear way of being able to identify what is being asked for. Most notably in goals like "acquire a power hitter" or "top player." Even just a list of players the owner would accept could help. Also, it's kind of obnoxious when you get the goal of "acquire a gold glover" or mvp, etc and you can literally acquire a player who has in fact won this award and still fail this goal!

Thanks, I hope this feedback is helpful.

I'm with you here. Actually getting messages from the owner that are more specific would probably go a long way like as you mention, maybe something like "hey, the Brewers are shopping Robin Yount's expiring contract, we should look at that to achieve this goal", etc.
