Darkness Bat Boy Join Date: Dec 2024 Posts: 9	Two Questions Related to League Mergers and Purcahsing Minor League Contracts Hello. I am currently playing through my own fictional universe, and I have a question pertaining to league mergers and purchasing minor league contracts. When two separate leagues are merged how does this affect the statistics of the players? Do their previous statistics not count or is it like the National and American League merger in 1901 where everyone's stats were considered equal and carried over to Major League Baseball? Also how do you set up the option for a Major League team to purchase a minor league player's contract?
