PT - Point balance in negative

Hello, sorry if this is the wrong format, I tried sending two e-mails in last week and never received an answer. Somehow my game glitched last week when I purchased a card in Perfect Team and my PP balance currently shows -175,000 (last week it was -260k but some of my cards sold). It's left me essentially unable to buy packs or work on any collection missions. I have screenshots and my in-game name is mike_rotch22. Please let me know if there's anything that can be done.
