USports Championship Not Working Properly

USports Championship not working properly. QTR wins the national championship, but was never in contention in the conference championship. Ottawa Gee Gees on the other hand won Ontario East, but weren't in the national championship.

Tournament teams should be:

Host - McGill
AUS - UNB
Canada West - UBC
Ontario West - TMU
Ontario Est - Ottawa
AUS Runner-Up - STFX
Canada West Runner-Up - Saskatoon
Ontario 3rd place - ???

UQTR may have been chosen as the host, which automatically puts them in the national tournament, but that still doesn't explain why Ottawa was left out - it's supposed to be the host, the 4 tournament winners, and 3 more at-large teams. We'll have a look at what's going wrong there.
