Has bat speed training been nerfed?

It was the joy of my life to continue practicing bat speed in Cincinnati and becoming a home run champion, but at some point, even if bat speed training was successful, my skills did not improve much, and even if I hit the jackpot, my potential did not increase as much as before.

There wasn't anything like that in the patch notes, but was bat speed training nerfed without my knowledge?

Where was bat speed training? And how did it effect you?

From the Wiki:

"Generate Batspeed - This program is considered HARD - A successful program will improve the batter's current Power. If a batter's Power is maxed it will not give an improvement. On an outstanding program it will improve the current Power and also the potential Power of the batter."
