New Account Email Issue

I just purchased OOTP25 and filled out the New User registration. I've been waiting several hours for the activation email (gypsymoon881@outlook.com). There is no way to ask the game to resend the email. Can you please send me the activation email?

Did you purchase via Steam or a FastSpring download?

Do you mean to get your FastSpring license code string to actually play the base game?

Or are you talking about trying to sign up a Perfect Team account?

The same issue has happened to me. Any update to yours yet? I googled it and apparently yahoo emails have issues getting the vertification emails, which sucks because I used my usual username and now it's locked to that account that may never be active.

I bought the game from Steam and was trying to sign up for a Perfect Team account.

I purchased it on Steam and I am trying to login through the "New User? Register" button under the Perfect Team heading.

Image attachment 1 is what I see when I try to create the new account, and image 2 is what I see when I try to login directly.

I'll ask the obvious, just to check-the-box... is it in your spam folder? There have been issues with the auto-email going to certain email servers but had not heard anything WRT outlook.com addresses.

If the email went into the void, the "already in use" should go away in three days as it auto-cancels based on the email not being validated.

Chris Marquardt might be able to dig into it for you. If you can't find the email or you go through the process again with the same results... or just want to skip direct to DM'ing him

I already checked - it is not in the SPAM folder. Thanks for the heads up about the three-day rule. I will check later today/tomorrow to see if I can try again. If I get the same issue I will contact Chris Marquardt.

I'm having the same issue here. I have checked my email & spam folder and kept refreshing for a few minutes. Btw I just bought the game from Steam. Hope the dev can look into this issue.

Okay - it has been well more than 3 days and the email never reset. Can someone on your side please check into the registration issue from Steam? There are several other users that have chimed in with the same problem. Next step is requesting a refund before the time limit is reached.
