Perfect Team Tournament - manager name/roster access bug

My game crashed as I was attempting to import and set a roster for a tournament.

Now when I try to set rosters for tournaments, instead of having my manager name in the center of the screen, it says "Smith", and it cannot find my regular PT league roster (so I can't bring any cards into the tournament).

In Perfect Team settings, it still shows my username, and I can still access regular perfect team no problem. Any idea how to fix this? In Perfect Team settings, it still shows my manager name. I tried resetting the cache from Profile --> troubleshooting and that didn't help.

Somehow I need to reset my Perfect League tournament profile back to my real manager, and not this new Smith profile that's appeared.

Edit: Okay, so I tried to enter another tournament. It still says Smith, but it was able to find my PT cardlist this time. Hopefully any rewards would still go to my profile. In that case, the only issue would be the fact that it's displaying Smith instead of f00fak (my username).
