Division Series MVP

I think it's better to get rid of Wild Card Game MVP and Division Series MVP that doesn't exist in reality. CS and WS MVP are enough, and there seems to be no reason for DS MVP to be in game.

It is weird that you can turn off regular season awards but not post-season ones.

I got interested in MLB because of OOTP, so I was surprised when I learned that those awards do not exist in the real MLB.
