Can't join online league - "folder already exists"

I have a GM who had a crash while downloading a sim file and now is having trouble getting back in the game.

I sent him a quick start code but he is getting the attached error, even though he advises that there is no existing folder.

Anyone encountered this problem before or know what might be the cause.

They may not see the game show up in their saved games list, but it's possible the folder is still there on their actual system. They should open up their saved games folder (there's a link on the troubleshooting tab of the settings menu), and check for the actual folder itself.
