24M in buyouts/retained this year and then 0 the years after

I've uploaded my save to the FTP under "BullsExpRetainedBuyoutIssue" in case the devs have a chance to look at it.

I was running a game as an expansion team (Surrey Bulls), and have been retaining and buyouting a little bit, but it says I have 24M in that pool right now. I don't think I've retained or bought out nearly that much, and I don't think I'm able to see where its all coming from. It's possible I did some very poor math and ended with 24M in dead cap in one season and 0 in the next, but I can't seem to figure out what possibly could've lead to that. That's why I'm leaning towards this being a bug.

I didn't have anything close to that when the season ended, and didn't buy anyone out the year after. No one I traded and retained on had an extension in place for it to jump like this either. Any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated!
