No minor leagues available for 2023
I created a new game starting in 2023 and selected "import real minor leagues". There are no minor leagues available. The minor leagues also disappear when a historical game progresses from 2022 to 2023.

The historical minors that are available for OOTP 25 go through the 2022 season. I can't speak for OOTP, but I'm pretty sure you can expect the 2023 season to be included with OOTP 26...

It should be there. 2023 is a historical season like any other. If I do a Historical 2022 game in OOTP24 with minors on I get 2022 minors. If I do a Historical 2023 game in OOTP25, I should get teams in the minors for 2023.
