Updates To Trades & Free Agency

-We have the ability to define our team's needs so that AI teams can respond to them in trade offers. It would be great if we could see other teams' needs on a similar screen.
-Add the ability to request a trade proposal for a player I am interested in. So, I could select a player and request a trade proposal from the team. The possible responses from the team could be either a trade proposal for me to respond to or a message indicating that there is no proposal that will work for that player. Related to this, maybe we could be able to create a list of players we are interested in and then ask our Assistant GM to send us trade proposals related to those players.
-Make it harder to resign your own pending superstar free agents. It should be nearly impossible to sign extensions with top players without them becoming free agents first. It could maybe be slightly more likely for players with High loyalty or Low Financial Ambition.
-Add the trade deadline day functionality to the winter meetings, but also include free agent signings.
