How can I change the saved games folder out of My Documents?

A recent update to Microsoft OneDrive made it automatically merge my OneDrive folders with the default My Documents folder. Among several reasons why this is an issue, OOTP saves a lot of data in that folder, and I don't want it on OneDrive. I already have OOTP 25 installed on a separate drive (E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Out of the Park Baseball 25), but I am struggling to find out how to change the file path for everything to the E: drive. I saw a video titled "Setting a Custom Data Path - Out of the Park Baseball for Newcomers" on the official YouTube channel, but that does not say how to move saved files, only the main directory. Additionally, I have already copied all files into E:\Out Of The Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 25.

If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated. I only have one saved game in OOTP and I don't use any mods, so as long as I can get that one file to work I'll be happy. If someone needs screenshots or additional information I can provide that as well.

You can change the save game path by editing the path.cfg.
