Dleib01 Minors (Rookie Ball) Join Date: Dec 2019 Posts: 20	Exceptional Players Hi, I am having a hard time getting an exceptional player to generate. I edited 4/5 players each age 13/14 with really high stats. I have tried 5 years in a row. No luck. Is it random ? Does it happen on July1st? Anyone have any tips?
