OOTP 24 - Perfect Team Stuck

the "Play Perfect Team" is button is grayed out and it has been "The new league will be available shortly" for almost a day.

Any advice? I tried releasing license and putting it back in, re-installing etc.

Fixed Silver .278!
That league was unfortunately stuck in an error loop.
