Shortlist vs. Watch List

Shortlist or Watch List?

I'm confused here: When do I use which list, for what purposes?

Players on the watch list are looked at by your scouts. You'll get a better report on them quicker. Scouts don't nesacarily look at your short list (unless that player just happens to be on the team they're looking at ATM)

Yeah, the short list is primarily a reminder list for you, I think. The watch list is a marching order to your scouts.
