Hello,

This occurs on fhm10 as also fhm11

I got like 70-80 leagues created even though quickstart playable screen shows only half of them. Tried every resolution on game, on my laptop.

Ah, we probably need to add a scrollbar to that screen, I think it was designed to only accommodate a size not much bigger than the number of playable leagues in a standard game, not a larger group in a custom game's quickstart.
