New feature question: GM setting lineups

Anyone feel free to jump in if you know the answer.
One of the big things I know many of us were asking for is the ability to have the GM only role and still continue to dictate what lines we want the head coach to play. I did go through and set lines as my responsibility in the options area, but, either the coach is not respecting it, I goofed up somehow (more on that in a moment), or maybe it's bugged.

Here's my current scenario.
- Preseason I was both GM and coach (forgot to make it gm only)
- Hired a coach for game 1 of the regular season
- Lines changed (even though I was set as handling the lines in the options)
- I can neither scratch nor dress players anymore

If the devs want, I would be happy to make a loom video to show the scenario in more detail.

It's been reported in the beta thread - safe to assume it's on the radar and will be patched
