More accurate Historical Finances?
Started up in 1982 and the contracts are wildly bloated compared to real life. Were a few real MLB players over $1M/yr, but will start off with a dozen or more players making $3-4M/yr. Minimum salary is over twice what it was in real life also
Obviously the minimum salary isn't some big deal, but just shows that in general, the League Settings' Financial Salary Settings are roughly double what they should be, from league minimum all the way to Super Star Quality Player Typical Salary
I appreciate that fully accurate salaries is tough (I edited them all by hand and had to guess with some players) and that this would presumably require adjusting income as well, but at least getting the general salary range through League Settings more accurate would surely improve the historical experience altogether?
I haven't started up tons of historical saves in different years for testing, so just assuming that 1982 isn't some stand alone outlier year in terms of financial accuracy
Edit: Haven't played in a few years and it's been even longer since I played Histrical. The improvements to Historical mode have been great and make it so much more viable than I remember it being, so don't want to sound like a major complaint or that I'm dismissing the attention that's clearly been paid to Historical mode at some point(s) the past few years
