Series Ending On Saturdays

I have started a new save and when I generate a new schedule the series ends on Saturdays. When I try and import a schedule I get the folowing. Anybody have any suggestions? Don't know why the image didn't load. But the message says "Could not import schedule. The loaded schedule has a different structure as the current game." I don't know of any changes that I have made from other saves.

It doesn't match so something changed. Read the codes for the schedule you're trying to import and check that against your game setup.

Are they starting a new series on Sunday? If not and every team has an off day it means your save was taken over by Chic-Fil-A

all else fails, can use the 'force start on ..." specific day. this will shift the schedule. there's also the "ignore varying start days" (sic) check box that may be handy for the import issue. Maybe, it says automatically shift start days? there are a finite number of related checkboxes (2-3) so i'm sure you can figure out what i mean, lol.

ILN vs ILY and the balanced vs not balanced code in file name is a likely overlooked cause for the structure being different import error.

i use a custom schedule that is 6 days on, 1 day off. No team plays 20-25 games in a row multiple times in a season. In RL and most generated scheduesl in ootp ther are always a few teams that get screwed worse than others in this respect and it can cause a good team to miss the playoffs that otherwise deserves to be there. I can also force to start on day that makes the offday the least profitable day each week, which puts that factor of team revenue on an equal playing field for all teams.

if certain things bother you, look into making a custom schedule. seems complicated at first but if systmatic and organized about it, it's not so bad.

There's a box to check for balanced/unbalanced schedule. This error usually occurs in association with that box. Try checking/unchecking before you import the schedule.

The check box is located on the "Options" Tab near the top.
