Quicksell

So if I quicksell a card does the transaction use default value for Diamond: 4000, Gold:1000 Silver: 100, Bronze: 25, Iron 5 or does it use highest Buy Order price?

Why? If quick sellers got the best price on offer it would probably be less than five minutes before the best price on offer would be the quick sell price anyway.

House takes already 10%, now it takes everything, sound’s greedy.

If you just post a 101 sell price for a silver (for example) it will automatically take the highest buy order. You do not need to enter the sell price to match.

Show me, because current example - 518 Does not do that

And I am using OOTP GO, where typing anything is quite a nuisance, and it might be also that desktop and mobile behave differently

If you enter 518 in the example above, you get asked "Do you want to create a sell order for 518 PP?"

When you select "OK" the next message you'll get is "You successfully sold for 466 PP" (518 minus 10%)

Well, easiest way was just to test it. And what did we learn:
Default value is base price+1,
Highest buy order value is not used,
House takes everything

Quicksell is always for the quicksell price. If on the Montgomery you submitted the sale for 26pp, it would pop up with asking you to confirm the sale, and if so, would sell it to the highest bidder (for 35).

So I still have to type in the value I want to have? It would be far more convenient for it to be pre-filled with highest buy-order value. It’s one of those prompts where I struggle entering values, having reduced eyesight is no fun. Using OOTP GO on iPad, generally majority of buttons and prompts are not mobile friendly

If you are happy with 35, you don't have to type anything. Just click submit. The only risk is that someone sniped the order while you were dithering about it. If the order was sniped, you would be submitting a new sell order for the minimum price instead of actually selling the card.

There are lots of spots in this game where some degree of user-configurability would be nice. OOTP Go is like dessert, but you don't want your whole diet to be dessert.

Easiest for me

Is to just create a sell order, which defaults to card value +1 and look to see if there is a bid out. If so, and I'm happy with the price I just click sell card. If I'm not happy with the prices, or if there's no buy order, then I either hit the quicksell button in the lower left or enter a price.

Every now and then, someone hits the last bid and I end up offering a card for value +1, but that's easily fixed as long as you don't dither, you just go to your sell order page and cancel your sell order.

On iPad it’s all about convenience and UX, Like mobile devices in general, anything that makes you do less typing is improvement. And I have played games where that feature is default behaviour

It's so easy

When you sell a card and hit "create sell order" instead of "qs", the game preloads the QS price +1 into the sell order field and pops up the screen. If there's no buy order, you just hit the QS button in the lower left and get the house price. If there's a sell order, you just hit the "submit sell order" button beside the cancel button and you get the bid price -10%. There's no typing required.

I don't think he wants to QS one-by-one to get the best price. That would be too much work.
