PT EULA/ToS Regarding Team Names

Quick question I wanted to ask to get clarification since I got a slap on the wrist for it today- how far does section 4.(k) of the EULA/ToS extend in terms of uploaded content (photos and team names) that infringes on copyrights/trademarks?


My team was previously named "hey goku look at my car" with a screenshot of King Kai from DBZ as the logo, and I'm assuming it was just the latter that got the name and logo wiped. Obviously I'm not mega-attached to the name and don't super mind changing it since it was ****post-y, but I'm wondering if it would be fine if I just drew my own King Kai for the logo, or if anything referential to another property is banned (which I assume isn't the case, seeing as Midgar Materia has been one of the top teams for some time.)
