Incorrect scoring

These may be old (I think they have all been around since OOTP3), but what the heck...

1) Bases loaded, bottom of 9th, home team down 4-3. Triple to RF, three runs score, home team wins 6-4. Should have stopped with double and only first two runs should have counted. Runner on 1st should not be counted and final score should have been 5-4.

2) Runners on 1st and 2nd, one out. Double to RF, runner on 1st tries to score, bad throw by RF for an error. No RBI's were credited (even though PbP says 2 RBI's for batter), and both runs were counted as unearned (even though both originally reached on singles). Correct scoring should be 2 RBI's for batter, two earned runs for pitcher, and likely no error on RF because runner on 2nd likely would have advanced to 3rd on throw home, as OF assists are generally not assumed...

3) ...which leads me to once again ask for AI to recognize that unless a trailing runner advances more than one base on an errant throw to get the lead runner, no error should be given to OF. Generally no assumption of OF assist, and assumption of advance of one base by trailing runner on throw to get lead runner. Since no runners (currently) advance more than one base on bad OF throw in OOTP, there should generally be no OF throwing errors (see opportunity for new PbP/game event here?) Of course, there could be situations where there was a bad cutoff throw which allowed runners to advance, or a throw to get to get a trailing runner (say on a "hustle double"), where the throw to get the runner at 2nd is bad, and allows the runners on base to move ahead one base, in addition to a bad throw to get a lead runner allowing other runners on base to advance two bases.

This is a known anomaly that, hopefully, will be fixed by the next patch.
