I've been having this issue recently, where guys on my INTL system are getting called up way too early - many of them as soon as the following offseason after they're signed. I've set minimum age limits to 17 or even 18 in my lowest minor league teams, but then this forced some recently drafted HS players to have nowhere to play. Any fix or solution to this? It seems to be ruining the development timeline as these guys are so young, and I'm forced to put them on the 40 man earlier than I would prefer.
