CSV to Character Display Converter (a hardware project)

This is an optional add-on program I am working on for the CSV to HTML Box Score Converter, which interfaces with a character display.
A character display is a mini LCD (liquid crystal display) or VFD (vacuum fluorescent display) that can be used along side a primary monitor to display any kind of streaming characters or text from a PC. This converter will stream data extracted from the output of the Box Score converter to a character display.
With a few hot keys and various animated effects, navigate quickly through various categories and stats (schedule, leaderboards, standings, rosters, box scores etc.) in ways not possible with HTML.
