OOTP 22 Can't Start Expansion Draft

I'm trying to expand my league from 20 teams to 24, I go through the tool of expanding the league and starting my expansion draft, I submit my protection list, and then I try to schedule the expansion draft and that option is not available for me to select. Am I doing something wrong?
