"On The Block"

I have a player listed as On The Block. I need to remove him from this but can't figure out how?

The player menu has a Trade Options submenu. You can make a player Available, On the Block or Untouchable.

Available is the default. On the Block increases the chance that the AI will make offers for him. Untouchable means they will never make an offer for them.

I do quite often, as I found the settings before asking my question. But clicking around in the game does not give you the simple explanation that URUGURU offered - Available is the default I did not realize that a player will ALWAYS be set at one of these. I was just trying to turn off the ON THE BLOCK setting. I did, however, eventually find it buried deep within the manual, but only after much time researching. It's a big manual, and not always easy to figure out the correct search parameters Finding settings in the game does not always answer the question.
