Custom league relegation league bugs

I hope these bugs are fixed in FHM11. Here is what I've been found after multiple relegation league seasons.

I have 8 main leagues with 1-5 relegation leagues. Like (Main-League, Second-League, Third-League, Fourth-League, Fifth-League)

In the start of the game I defined that 3 teams are relegated but however only one team is promoted/relegated and if there are playoffs then none teams are promoted/relegated if regular season winner are not also winner of the playoffs. If it is that team then that one is only promoted. Tried also with option 3rd place game but still same. Tried to change it to no playoffs but then only winner of the regular season is promoted and last of the higher league relegated.
I have tournament with max number of teams and if there is option that includes last year champion then there is sometimes same team twice if that last year champion is also selected (I have 4 teams per league)
Tournament seems not to have teams history so I can't see winner or runner-up teams what is kinda annoying.
Tournament and league games are sometimes at the same day on tournament teams.
Would be nice if there are some kind option "Use team salaries" so example if lower level league team have money then they can offer high salary contract to that player. Now it seems like player contracts must be inside of the "league salaries" close to "Typical Salary"

Edit. 6. If I'm on league rules tab with league with playoffs and switch to another league without playoffs then those first league playoff-settings are not changing (it's visual bug only) but if I don't see that and save now then that no playoff league will have playoffs.

Edit2. Now somehow all my leagues have playoffs. This "Playoff Rules" are kinda buggy? Seems like visually I can't set it to "No playoffs" but there is still no playoffs if I choose it. Confusing.
