FastSpring Purchasing Issues

Hi all,

We wanted to let you all know that we're aware there have been some issues with some of you being able to purchase from FastSpring in the last couple days.

We suffered a major carding attack over the weekend and as a result FastSpring implemented some stricter risk analysis controls that have blocked some legitimate buyers in the last 48 hours. We're working with FastSpring to adjust these controls and allow everyone to regain full access to purchasing the game and Perfect Points.

We're really sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, we know it can be super frustrating to have purchases blocked through no fault of your own.

The majority of customers should be able to freely purchase again now, but we know there are a few still having difficulties. While we work through the process of adjusting the controls with FastSpring, you may still run into issues purchasing. If this happens, please send an email to support@ootpdevelopments.com and let us know the email address you are using to try to purchase from. Then we can pass that email on, and restore your purchasing ability.
