Symbol to Show Players Who Were Ejected

When a player is ejected (e.g., for arguing balls and strikes) when using the Until RISP or Half Innings buttons, we are not given any notification that it happened. When the inning turns over, it simply says "There was an injury, you now have an incomplete lineup or a defensive position missing", the same as for an actual injury, or curiously if you only pinch hit for your pitcher (no one is actually injured).

The difference is that with an injury, there will be a cross showing which player was injured (and it's obvious when there was a pinch hitter). However, with an ejection, you cannot tell from the lineup screen who was ejected. There are no symbols indicating it, and everyone is still shown in the lineup at the position they were playing. You have to go to the Game Log to find out what happened.

For ejections, there should either be a symbol near the player's name (like for injuries), or the position in the lineup should be blanked, so you know who to substitute for without a lot of digging around.
