Disparity between Human GM/Head coach salary and other staff

I think either GM/Head coach salaries need to be increased or other staff salaries need to be decreased.

My salary here (NCAA) is $30,000 but assistant coaches are are on over $200,000. Other staff roles also have increased wage.

I don't know what NCAA salaries should be but I assume the issue is the other staff's salaries are far too high and need to be lowered to be in line with the GM/Head coach's.

I'd reported this several times in the beta threads earlier in the year, it's particularly prominent in NCAA because it also puts nearly all of the teams into a negative budget.

EDIT - reported as far back as the 11th of September last year. Screenshots below of different instances and reporting, also showing that it is not just standard games, some historical games generated with staff with higher than expected salary demands as seen in one of the challenges.

Also - as this user has encountered, I've just started a brand new test game and it shows the same as the issue in the screenshots.

Yeah, I have same issue the a terrible coach being on overa $200k salary.

It really does need sorting for FHM11 because I can't afford to add any more staff.

Just to add to this, I've just started a game in Historical Mode.

1950 Blackhawks, as GM/Head Coach my salary is $2,000 but there are coaches and scouts on upwards of $8-9,000 a year.

Would be really good if this was looked into for FHM11.
