I was fired mid season with Best Record?!?!

I can't believe this would happen in real life....my team has the best record in the league, 1st in scoring and 4th in defense. And I was fired as GM/Coach. Why would this happen? Any thoughts on preventing that type of situation going forward?

That should of course not happen. Could you post a screenshot with the game by game results (team schedule) of the last games and a note after which game you were fired, maybe we can see something?

I’ve seen this happen quite a lot on teams with some of the best records in my league. I feel like the game is way too “trigger happy” with firing staff.
