Having issues developing your international complex players?

[UPDATE] There is a possible issue that no players are showing up to populate the league. This has been sent to the devs to look over. Hope to have an answer soon on what is causing the issue.

I have created a video showing you how to make a development league for your international complex players.

Now I did not have a full setup of an IC and had to start to create one and I even went through the steps of doing that.

At a later date, probably after the Memorial day weekend, I will do a video on how to setup your rosters for the league.

Also something to mention, if you are only using your IC you can set your dates that it runs anytime during the season. Since I am using my minor leagues, I had to set my dates to be in line with end of season and spring training.
