Question Identifying which players the AI is likely to us as a 2-way player.

When acting as commish and not actually managing any teams, how would you identify which players the AI is likely to use as a 2-way player?
Specifically interested in the answer to this question as it relates to draft pool players. When looking at batters stats for pitchers and pitching stats for batters is there a threshold the AI uses in determining which players it will use as a 2-way at least in the minors?

I know I have seen this question, or a very similar one, in a thread before but I'll be darned if I could find it in a search.

I'm in the 6th year of my current save and had not really paid any attention to possible 2-way players but got curious after noticing a pitcher in the current draft pool that has 50 or 55 potential ratings for Contact, Gap, Power, and Eye. I went back and checked all of the pitchers in this save and this is the first one with all of those at least 50.
