His birthday was corrected in the database on 24 February 2024. I just loaded the current edition of the game (build 64), 1902 historic start and he is 30 years old on Opening Day. You loaded him in a game that used a database that didn't yet reflect the change. The change is not retroactive.

No, I understand bud - this is actually the same save I posted about in DW's original thread. I just knew he'd find it amusing.

I'll have to keep an eye on him in the Kids save, not sure whether that one caught the update. EDIT yes he did!

Oh man, the memories. Not sure I could live through another 700+ Jim St Vrain career saveshmy. After I calmed down in regards to the new adjust/weaken settings, a small part of me wondered if ole Vrain was a catalyst in some folks realizing the adjust/weaken settings weren't being set properly. A guy throwing 95 innings getting top flight ratings in a 3 year recalc just didn't pass the smell test.

Should have probably kept Charlie for awhile longer. Just went to see the Stones in Houston on April 28th. Will always miss Charlie.
