Please Put Spotlight Pack #1 in the Card Packs shop

I notice a rotation of various types of packs for sale, and it's changed every week or two. Please take this request for this one particular pack

This particular pack contains the possibility to obtain a card that, as far as I can tell, hasn't been available to purchase in the shop for ages. I've had a buy order well over the Last 10 price that's never been filled for months.

I assume many of the other cards in that pack are in a similar situation, as I refuse believe that one 84-overall card is THAT rare on its own.
