I asked before but lost my info!
How do I import a custom logo .png file from my PC into the OOTP 25
game to load into a Custom game that I have created?

Just put the file in the logo folder. Provided you named it correctly the game should automatically load it. If it doesn't, you can simply select the file manually from the Settings screen.
